1. Who we are

Americano Master is a free padel match organiser. The service is operated by Aditude (aditude.dk). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@aditude.dk.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data — username and e-mail address if you choose to register. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (bcrypt).
  • Match data — player names, scores, and settings you enter when creating or playing a match.
  • Session data — a temporary session cookie that keeps you logged in and links guest matches to your browser.
  • Analytics — we use Matomo (self-hosted at aditude.dk) to count page views and understand which features are used. No data is shared with third parties. Matomo respects the browser's Do Not Track signal.
  • Server logs — standard web-server access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the match organiser service.
  • To send account e-mails (e-mail verification, password reset) when you request them.
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns through anonymised analytics.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

We set one essential session cookie (PHPSESSID) needed to keep you logged in or to link a guest match to your browser. Matomo sets its own first-party analytics cookie (_pk_id) to distinguish returning visitors — this cookie contains no personal information and is never shared externally.

5. Data retention

  • Guest matches — stored for 90 days of inactivity, then automatically deleted.
  • Account matches — kept until you delete them or close your account.
  • Account data — kept until you request deletion.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail info@aditude.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
